<p>Description</p><p>Toyota of York is hiring for a BDC Representative! </p><p>This role entails developing business for our sales department by making contact with customers via phone & internet. </p><p>We are looking for candidates who can provide exceptional customer service.</p><p>This role will be paid hourly (starting at $15) with a monthly bonus based on productivity. </p><p> Part time or Full time opportunity available</p><p>We are open to discussing schedule options with you </p><p>Weekday hours available 5pm-8pm (or earlier for full time) </p><p>Saturday hours available </p><p>Sunday hours needed - Work from home on Sundays </p><p>Part time would be apprx 25 hours per week</p><p>Full time would be 40 hours per week</p><p>Requirements</p><p>   <strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul><li>Communicates effectively with      Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of      communication, whether by phone, text, e-mail, or in person.</li><li>Maintains knowledge of all      dealership products and services.</li><li>Directs customers to product      information resources, including those available on the Internet.</li><li>Understands the needs of      Internet customers and works with them accordingly to draw them into the      store for proper vehicle demonstration and to close the transaction.</li><li>Checks e-mail frequently and      responds to inquiries immediately.</li><li>Delivers messages intended for      other departments promptly.</li><li>Notifies customers their      messages have been forwarded to the appropriate sales personnel for prompt      attention.</li><li>Handles all Internet sales      inquiries personally.</li><li>Maintains an ongoing customer      database to capture repeat business.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of and      understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail      automobile sales.</li><li>Establishes personal income      goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and      devises a strategy to meet those goals.</li><li>Continually learning new      products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.</li><li>Maintains professional      appearance.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Exceptional phone, email &      people skills</li><li>Ability to maintain regular      attendance</li><li>Ability to multitask & work      in a fast paced environment</li><li>Superior communication and      customer service skills</li><li>Excellent follow-through skills</li><li>Solid working knowledge of the      Internet</li><li>Maintaining a positive, can-do      attitude</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to thrive in a team      environment</li><li>High School Diploma or      equivalent</li><li>PA Automotive Salespersons      License required or obtain within 30 days of hire</li><li>Must be currently eligible to      work in the United States</li></ul><p><em>We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.</em></p>
