Description
• Own and manage a high-volume AP inbox of 200+ emails, ensuring timely responses within 24 hours.
• Route and process invoices through an AP automation platform, code items accurately, move invoices through workflow, and provide confirmations to vendors.
• Assist with backlog cleanup, daily maintenance, and process improvements while supporting internal teams through system transitions.
Profile
Detail-oriented, excellent in written communication, capable of calming escalated vendor situations, proactive, dependable, comfortable working independently, able to manage high-volume email environments, and quick to learn new systems.
