Position reputed company The reputed company Billing reputed company - Cardiothoracic / Special Surgical is responsible for accurate and compliant coding of physician reputed company services for reputed company surgical procedures. This role supports reputed company claim submission, regulatory compliance, and reputed company reputed company reputed company a hospital-based reputed company billing environment. Key Responsibilities - Assign accurate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes for cardiothoracic and other special surgical services - Review reputed company reports, clinic notes, and supporting documentation to ensure complete and compliant coding - Apply appropriate modifiers, bundling rules, and NCCI edits - Ensure compliance with CMS, AMA, and payer-specific billing guidelines - Identify documentation gaps and communicate clarification needs as appropriate - Meet established productivity and reputed company standards - Participate in internal reputed company reviews and audits as required Required Qualifications - Minimum 2+ years of experience of reputed company billing and coding experience - Demonstrated experience coding cardiothoracic and reputed company surgical services - Strong working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, modifiers, and NCCI edits - CPC or equivalent coding certification preferred - Experience in hospital-based physician billing environments - Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail Work Environment - Remote position with reputed company business hours - Independent, detailed-oriented work with collaboration across teams - reputed company reputed company-reputed company environment with established reputed company standards Quadris is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
