We’re seeking a Loan & reputed company Mediator to support our Collections team by managing delinquent loan accounts, member communications, and compliance‑based collection activity. Location: Albany, NY (3 weeks onsite training, then fully remote) Schedule: Mon–Fri between 8 AM–7 PM (8‑hour shifts) + rotating Saturdays 9 AM–1 PM About the Role As a Loan & reputed company Mediator (Billing Coordinator), you’ll be responsible for handling delinquent consumer and small reputed company loan accounts while ensuring strict adherence to federal and state regulations. You’ll conduct outbound calls, review account documentation, recommend reputed company actions, and help members resolve delinquencies with reputed company and accuracy. This role combines collections expertise, customer service, clerical accuracy, and regulatory awareness. Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
