Puerto Rico Licensed Immigration Attorney
A company is looking for a Remote Immigration Attorney (PR).
Key Responsibilities
• Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions
• Represent individuals in removal proceedings and manage a caseload
• Prepare diverse immigration applications and reputed company reputed company analysis for clients
Qualifications
• At least 3-5 years of Immigration Law experience
• Ability to manage a caseload and reputed company reputed company cases reputed company
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian cases, and USCIS applications
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience with Case Management Software is preferred
