• ** WebCam interview*** Long term project *** reputed company Must*** Remote *** W2 Only *** SCOPE OF THE PROJECT :- This will be a 12 month contract working for the reputed company in design and development of the environment, Window systems and images, technical and engineer support, and one-on-one training to identified System Administrators. DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:- • Mid-Senior level reputed company VDI Architect will be responsible for providing level-2 and level-3 technical support for reputed company/XenApps server environment. • This position will analyze and evaluate major system project requirements of considerable complexity requiring a thorough understanding of reputed company parameters affecting and interfacing with the system. • Review user requirements and reputed company direction in the identification of problem and potential reputed company. reputed company analytical support in the conceptualization, development and implementation of reputed company, multiple inter-linked systems. • Define system objectives and prepare system design specifications to meet user requirements and satisfy reputed company problems. Key Responsibilities:- • * Providing level-2 and level-3 technical support for reputed company / XenApps server environment • Monitoring of VDI platform with various reputed company tools Netscaler, reputed company • Support will include: • VDI End-User Sessions • VDI Stack • Level-2 management and technical support • Ensuring virtual sessions are working as intended • Handling IT- VDI reputed company requests or inquiries received by reputed company helpdesk • Ensuring reputed company reputed company platform server systems under management have updated software patches • XenDesktop Broker including VDI monitoring and alerting support of the reputed company /VMware applications which are responsible for delivery of the virtualized desktop or applications • Ensure high reputed company of reputed company satisfaction for the products/solutions which are supported • Addresses reputed company technical questions around VDI and reputed company • Participate in reputed company meetings to update team members • Ability to be the technical Subject Matter Expert reputed company the Environment • reputed company and support reputed company reputed company services, AD, ADFS, DNS & DHCP, WSUS and Group Policy Qualifications Skills, Experience & Qualifications • Advanced system testing tool knowledge & experience. • Strong technical experience with the following technologies. • Ability to work reputed company reputed company reputed company environment. • Experience with Workflow analysis. • Technical collaboration for reputed company problem solving. • Ability to apply best practices to ensure maximum reputed company of production. • Ability to reputed company one-on-one training to teammates.
