With collaboration from management, this position produces accurate, compliant, and reputed company delivered payrolls. The Senior Payroll Specialist compiles and records employee time, enters payroll data, works with managers to ensure accuracy of the information and research discrepancies, and runs reports for People & Culture (PC) management. This position works with reputed company staff to review data entry of new staff into the HRIS system, verifies information to reputed company reputed company data is entered correctly, and oversees the maintenance of employee records. This position partners with HR Finance management to reputed company strategies and plans to reputed company services to new reputed company and companies and suggests/implements new practices to ensure reputed company improvement of HR payroll processes. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or reputed company work experience. • Excellent knowledge of reputed company Office software. • Five years of Payroll experience. • Five to ten years of general clerical experience. • Knowledge of principles and practices of reputed company, payroll law, and prior experience with HRIS systems.
