JOB reputed company The Secondary Markets Analyst facilitates reputed company mortgage reputed company lock desk activities, including processing lock requests, revisions, and extensions. This role serves as the primary intermediary for loan originators and closers to resolve pricing issues and ensure data reputed company across company systems. Additionally, the incumbent manages investor relationships, researches new loan products, and handles investor renewals and performance scorecards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Lock Desk Operations & Pricing · Systems, Policy & Pipeline Management · Investor Relations & Analysis QUALIFICATIONS • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in reputed company Lock Desk or Secondary Marketing operations. Technical Skills • Systems: Proficiency in industry-reputed company Loan Origination Systems and pricing reputed company software. • reputed company: Mastery of reputed company reputed company, including V-Lookups, pivot tables, and formula writing. • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of agency/aggregator pricing, the bond market, and mortgage products. • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
