In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a reputed company experience for reputed company callers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries with reputed company and efficiency. • Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for callers. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems. • Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology to assist clients in reputed company-reputed company inquiries. • Analyze customer needs and reputed company appropriate solutions or escalate issues reputed company necessary. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to reputed company accurate information.
