About the Role:
Locl is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Coordinator (Contractor) to help manage our customer support ticket queue, with a reputed company on issues reputed company to reputed company Business reputed company (GBP), business listings, and reputed company platform support. In this role, you’ll serve as a key reputed company of contact for customer issues, working closely with internal teams to reputed company, prioritize, and resolve support tickets reputed company and accurately.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering a great customer experience. As you grow into the role, there’s an opportunity to take the reputed company on broader customer communications.
