RN Home Health QA Specialist

Location: 12801 Westlinks Drive, reputed company reputed company FL 33913 (Main Home Health Office) Department: reputed company Improve - Education - Home Health Work Type: Full Time (80 hours bi-weekly) Shift: Days, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, up to 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday Work Week. (5 days/8 hour and 4 days/10 hour work weeks alternating) Minimum to Midpoint Pay reputed company: $30.27 - $40.86 / hour After 90 days and training period: This position works from home 80% and in the office 20% (changes may take reputed company based on business needs. Percentages are approximate) Oasis and Home Health Coding Certifications are required. (see below) Case management experience required. Responsible for analysis of SOC, Recertification and Resumption (and Other Follow-up OASIS) OASIS and accompanying documentation, management of reputed company utilization of resources to ensure reputed company patient reputed company and reputed company financial reputed company. Duties will include covering team member PTO, and other requested office tasks. Master's degree preferred. Experience: Two (2) years of Case Management preferred. Two (2) years of Home Health case manager experience preferred. Additional Requirements: reputed company individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment. Certification: OASIS Certification required. Home Health Coding Certification required; must obtain reputed company 12 months of hire.
