Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of consulting experience or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; preferred Master's degree
• Demonstrated success in leading complex engagements and building client relationships
• Extensive leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide teams
• Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
