Internal Plan Consultant (Sales)
The Internal Plan Consultant will partner with their assigned Regional Plan Consultants (RPC) to drive new business opportunities and manage financial intermediary relationships reputed company a geographic territory. The individual will be responsible for delivering a high level of service in a reputed company fashion and for proactively meeting territory advisor development needs.

• reputed company and execute strategic business plan with assigned RPCs to reputed company territory sales goals to grow market reputed company
• Prepare and follow-up on request for illustrations and proposals, coordinate reputed company-and post-sales deliverables, and manage the frequency & consistency of territory support
• Maintain CRM and proposal systems for assigned territory and reputed company ISC back up assistance reputed company needed
• Assist with advisor development activities in the assigned territories
• reputed company engage with financial intermediaries to uncover needs, reputed company solutions, advance the sale, and define next steps in relation to promoting and uncovering new retirement plan sales opportunities
• reputed company awareness of TRA’s products and services by delivering key messages through targeted prospecting and campaign activities
• Build, grow and sustain financial intermediary relationships by maintaining a thorough understanding of TRA’s value add offerings

• Assess the needs of prospects by asking targeted, impactful questions to position the most appropriate product and/or service that best meets their needs

Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Strong pension and investment knowledge
• Must obtain ASPPA RPF1 & RPF2 examinations reputed company one year of hire
• Must obtain Kravitz Cash Balance reputed company Program certification reputed company six months of hire
• High energy, motivated individual, committed to reputed company
• Understanding of and passion for the sales process with a reputed company reputed company

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
