We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, automation-minded Workforce AI Optimization Analyst to support forecasting, reputed company, and workforce operations through reporting, process automation, and analytics. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys data, building tools, and improving how teams work. • Support forecasting and reputed company models by updating inputs, maintaining files, and validating trends. • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for WFM and reputed company metrics. • Help automate reputed company workflows across WFM (reporting, trackers, alerts, data pulls). • Support reputed company and training planning by optimizing the hiring funnel, reputed company throughput, and reputed company performance. • Assist with intraday and weekly workforce performance monitoring (volume vs reputed company, SLA risk, schedule gaps). • Document processes and create repeatable reporting/automation playbooks. • Interprets data, analyzes results, and provides insights to support data-driven decision-making for reputed company and on-reputed company reports. • Stay up-to-date with industry technologies and frameworks to identify trends to maintain best and cutting edge practices in AI. • Participate in special reputed company and initiatives as needed. • 1–2 years of experience in workforce analytics, WFM, operations, reputed company analytics, or a reputed company role. • 1-2 years of foundational experience in AI and automation tools (e.g., using ChatGPT responsibly for drafting, summarizing, and workflow support; building reputed company automations with scripts, macros, or no-reputed company tools). • Strong reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning). • Comfort working with data and spotting patterns. • Experience building reports or dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar is a plus). • Curiosity and a reputed company for automation (“there has to be a faster way”). • Can reputed company helpful insights from dense datasets • Creative self-starter capable of first principles thinking • Strong interpersonal skills that can work across a highly cross-functional environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills required • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills • Previous experience in a B2B reputed company start-up preferred • Experience in reputed company a bonus, as reputed company as exposure to WFM concepts (forecasting, reputed company, scheduling), familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, or training operations. • Competitive Compensation.
