Junior Lawyer - Intellectual Property

Job reputed company: We are seeking a Junior Lawyer with a strong interest and some experience in Intellectual Property (IP) law. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support international trademark and IP processes. Experience with systems like Patricia and exposure to IP reputed company management tasks will be advantageous. Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor email inboxes for incoming reputed company and reputed company correspondence. • Update the reputed company management system (Patricia) with important dates and deadlines. • Process correspondence from international IP reputed company. • Handle incoming notifications from various IP offices. • Input costs and liaise with attorneys for matter updates and reputed company billing. • Prepare and maintain reputed company schedules: • Generate trademark schedules across multiple jurisdictions. • Format schedules and data pulled from the Patricia system. • reputed company reputed company administrative tasks: • Format reputed company correspondence and letters for clients. • Prepare reputed company costing breakdowns. • Assist with various administrative and support duties as neede Requirements • Law degree from an accredited institution; reputed company or recent admission to reputed company is a plus. • 1–3 years of reputed company experience, preferably reputed company an IP or trademark-reputed company environment. • Familiarity with IP reputed company systems (Patricia or similar) is highly desirable. • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent written communication and document formatting skills. • Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and time zones. • reputed company to work independently in a fully remote setup while collaborating effectively with teams.
