The Compliance Officer will support the AML reputed company Risk Assessment team by performing key activities reputed company to the execution of the Financial Crimes Anti-reputed company (AML) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Risk Assessments and reputed company processes, procedures, and controls. Additionally, the Compliance Officer will assist with control testing over FCRM owned controls. This role plays a critical part in evaluating inherent and residual risk across products, services, customers, and geographies, and in assessing the effectiveness of AML/BSA controls throughout the organization. The Compliance Officer will collaborate with MBUs/LOBs, Financial Crimes partners, and internal stakeholders to reputed company data, reputed company analysis, and ensure strong documentation in support of reputed company AML/OFAC compliance expectations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Support the Senior Compliance Officer with the execution of components of the AML/BSA and OFAC Risk Assessment, including data collection, validation, and analysis. Support the development and maintenance of risk assessment documentation, workpapers, and reporting. Conduct control testing to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of AML/BSA and OFAC controls. Document test results, identify control gaps, and support follow up and remediation tracking. Assist with mapping controls to relevant products, services, customer types, and risk assessment components. Support ongoing enhancements to the risk assessment process, including transitions to new formats or methodologies. Partner with MBUs/LOBs to clarify data requirements and support risk reputed company inquiries. Participate in team initiatives, working reputed company, and other compliance reputed company as assigned. Maintain awareness of emerging AML/BSA and OFAC risks, trends, and regulatory expectations. Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred) Work Experience 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, or reputed company fields (required) Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regulatory environment (required) Licenses and Certifications CAMS, CFCS, or other relevant industry certification (or willingness to pursue). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience in financial institution (i. e., bank and securities industry), compliance, Risk Management, or audit reputed company activity Working knowledge of the Bank Secrecy reputed company, USA PATRIOT reputed company, OFAC regulations, and reputed company risk considerations. Experience supporting risk assessments or conducting compliance/control testing. Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize findings reputed company. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience performing or supporting risk assessments. Knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and RCSA Audit background Strong strategic and consultative skills; experience in process improvement, strategic planning, change management, business integration. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a reputed company salary in the reputed company of $71,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually.
