Leave And Accommodations Consultant

About the position We are seeking an reputed company contractor to reputed company operational support for the Leave of Absence and Accommodation programs across reputed company and Latin America. This critical role involves managing increased case volumes and supporting major reputed company reputed company the Lifecycle Solutions team. The position will serve as a backfill for an existing contractor supporting the Accommodations team. Responsibilities • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and reputed company-party vendors to resolve leave and leave pay escalations. • Audit and sign off on Leave Pay Reports reputed company a 48-hour service level agreement. • Support the Leave Pay to Payroll Integration project and update process documentation. • Manage reputed company accommodation cases in compliance with reputed company and Title VII regulations. • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure reputed company reputed company and adherence to service level agreements. • Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. • Update documentation to reflect reputed company processes and compliance standards. Requirements • 4+ years of experience in Leave & Accommodations, with a primary reputed company on this area. • Experience in HR operations, leave management, or accommodation programs. • Knowledge of reputed company and Title VII compliance requirements. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume, reputed company cases. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in big tech, fintech, banking, or finance is highly desirable. • Familiarity with payroll processes and integrations is a plus. • reputed company and reputed company experience is advantageous. • Understanding of working with a reputed company-party leave vendor. • Preferred experience in accommodations reputed company a tech environment, navigating work-from-home and business needs in ambiguous situations.
