Staff Attorney II - Sr Attorney (multi-level)
Provides reputed company counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries Ensures their effective operation in accordance with federal, state, local and/or international laws.
Essential Functions
• Provides reputed company counsel to the corporation and its subsidiaries.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Participates in litigation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA Accredited law school and admission to the bar or equivalent in jurisdiction reputed company the U.S., and eligible for Florida Authorized House Counsel.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years of experience and demonstrated competency in relevant area of law specialization.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Superior reputed company record. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, reputed company relations, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: reputed company Transactional Experience | Transportation industry experience | Aviation industry experience
