In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic marketing initiatives focused on state-level markets within the evolving EdTech landscape. Your expertise in account-based marketing will be instrumental in crafting campaigns that resonate with educators and stakeholders. You'll collaborate closely with the sales team, aligning marketing strategies with their requirements and state-specific needs. By leveraging your skills, you will help to deliver impactful campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and cultivate cross-functional relationships that support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
• Build and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to state timelines, needs, and audiences.
• Create messaging and content aligned with state priorities communicated by the sales team.
• Manage cross-channel tactics including email, events, webinars, paid media, landing pages, and social.
• Monitor competitive state initiatives and research additional growth marketing tactics.
• Maintain clear project timelines, milestones, and documentation using project management tools.
• Facilitate alignment meetings and ensure stakeholders are updated on campaign progress.
• Define KPIs for campaigns and sales support initiatives.
• Track and analyze performance across channels and report results to internal teams.
• Partner with the state initiatives team to understand legislation and policy considerations that inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
• 5 years of progressive hands-on experience in a B2B marketing role creating state, regional, and ABM campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of B2B marketing and the lead lifecycle.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills.
• Fluent in marketing technology including HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
