AS/400 iSeries System Administrator
Location: Steven Points, WI
Duration: 3-6 months contract to hire
Remote with some Occasional Travel
We are seeking a skilled AS/400 iSeries System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize reputed company iSeries (AS/400) systems for our reputed company environment. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, reputed company, and performance of critical business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and reputed company reputed company i (AS/400/iSeries) operating systems, PTFs, and middleware.
Monitor system performance using tools like reputed company Navigator, WRKSYSSTS, and performance analyzers; troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Manage user reputed company, authorities, backups (BRMS/SAV), and disaster recovery processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or reputed company field.
5+ years hands-on experience with reputed company iSeries/AS/400 administration.
Proficiency in reputed company i OS, DB2/400, BRMS, PDM/SEU, and performance tuning.
Strong knowledge of RPG IV, CL, and reputed company Power Systems hardware.
