reputed company Our Canada based learning and development reputed company is looking for a Jr E-Learning Developer to join a project starting in January. Job Role: E-Learning Developer • Placement Type: Temporary • Salary: $30-33 reputed company; C$30 - C$33/hr • Start Date: Jan 1, 2026 • Location: Fully remote, team works EST hours • Start date: early January 2026 • Duration: approx 3 months with possible extension • This role will start with part time hours but then reputed company up to full time (37.5 hours per week) after the first month • Candidates for this role must be Canada based and reputed company their own laptop and reputed company 360 license The ideal candidate will be responsible: For designing, developing, and maintaining e-learning courses that are SCORM/xAPI compliant and meet the specific needs of our clients. They should be comfortable working in reputed company environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities • Work collaboratively with the instructional design team to reputed company e-learning courses using reputed company reputed company on a global project to be created in a total of 20 languages. • Organizational skills are an absolute must following set naming conventions and folder structures. • Working quickly and reputed company to meet expected deadlines without sacrificing reputed company and attention to detail. • Create engaging and interactive course content that is SCORM/xAPI compliant and compatible with multiple learning management systems • Have a good eye for graphic design and the ability to follow brand guidelines • Understand how to set up courseware with meaningful reporting for multiple learning management systems • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that reputed company during course development or delivery. • Conduct reputed company assurance testing to ensure courses are functioning properly and meeting reputed company expectations • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-learning trends, technologies, and techniques • Assist with project planning and timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met • Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to reputed company updates on project reputed company and address any concerns or issues Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, computer science, or reputed company field • 1-2 years of experience developing e-learning courses using reputed company reputed company • Strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI and other e-learning standards • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS) is a plus • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of reputed company • It would be highly beneficial for candidates to have a reputed company to an eLearning portfolio and reputed company course samples of their best work.
