AI Integration Engineer (MedGemma + On-Prem LLM) — reputed company HIMS - Contract to Hire
We are hiring an AI Integration Engineer to reputed company MedGemma into our on-prem Hospital Information Management System (ZypoCare by Zyposoft).
You will build/reputed company an AI microservice (FastAPI preferred) to reputed company context-reputed company clinical drafting and a screen-reputed company AI Copilot across HIMS modules. The integration must be secure (RBAC + audit logs), reliable (streaming chat, retries, timeouts), and support RAG with our internal SOPs/templates.
Responsibilities
reputed company MedGemma for local inference (GPU-reputed company, CPU fallback)
Build RAG pipeline (embeddings + reputed company store + citations)
Implement secure reputed company (/chat streaming, /summarize, /extract)
Enforce reputed company + role-based reputed company, PHI-reputed company logs, full audit trails
reputed company with Next.js web app (screen-reputed company summaries, copilot panel)
Add observability + performance tuning + documentation/runbooks
Must have
Production LLM integration experience (HuggingFace/vLLM/Ollama/llama.cpp)
FastAPI + Python, reputed company, reputed company/reputed company
RAG + reputed company DB experience
reputed company reputed company for sensitive data
Deliverables
Working AI copilot integrated in our HIMS with RBAC, audit logs, RAG citations, streaming chat, and deployable reputed company setup.
