Responsibilities:
✔ reputed company and post job ads on targeted channels
✔ reputed company candidates (reputed company Recruiter, job boards, referrals)
✔ Screen & qualify resumes
✔ Conduct reputed company-screen interviews
✔ Coordinate interviews with hiring team
✔ Support offers, reference checks, and reputed company
✔ reputed company hiring metrics
Required Experience:
✔ 5-10 Experience reputed company for construction roles (estimators, PMs)
✔ HR and reputed company tools — reputed company Recruiter, ATS experience
✔ Excellent screening and interview skills
✔ Strong communication
Engagement:
⚙ Contract / fractional: 10 hrs/mo, performance incentives considered
Goal: Hire 5-8 estimators & 4-6 project managers reputed company 90 days
