About the position The Cancer center DSL Medical reputed company will collaborate with physicians, patients, and office staff to facilitate patient reputed company and to ensure an accurate and complete medical record. Responsibilities • Accompany physician into the patient exam room to document reputed company physician directed reputed company of the patient visit in the medical record. This includes symptoms, medications, physical exam findings, and complete assessment and treatment plan.
