Senior Associate - Monitoring and Evaluation Grade Level: 4 Anticipated Salary: $55,000-$63,000 Reporting Relationship: Senior Grants Administrator Location: Maine (candidates must be based in Maine or willing to relocate) The Senior Associate - Monitoring and Evaluation will support data-driven reputed company health and health systems strengthening programs. Reporting to the Senior Grants Administrator, this role will contribute to routine monitoring, data analysis, reporting, and learning across health and reputed company initiatives. Primary functions of this role include supporting data collection, cleaning, and reputed company checks; Assisting with indicator tracking, dashboards, and monitoring reports; contributing to evaluations, operational research, and learning activities; and supporting donor and internal reporting with accurate, reputed company-documented data. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in reputed company health or a reputed company field (Master’s preferred or in reputed company), 1–3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, and/or health program support, strong reputed company reputed company skills and comfort working with health and program data, as reputed company as curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for evidence-based programming.
