Senior Solution Engineer Full-Stack & AI Automation

About the position AECOM is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to be based in Dallas or Houston, Texas. As a Senior Solution Engineer - Full-Stack & AI Automation, you will build production-grade automation and AI-enabled workflows. You will develop APIs, orchestration logic, connectors, and user-facing integration layers. You will deploy solutions using CI/CD, ensure observability and logging are in place, and create reusable assets to accelerate future delivery. This role blends software engineering, automation execution, and AI capability integration. Responsibilities • Build automation and AI workflow components including APIs, microservices, and connectors. • Integrate AI inference services, vector stores, prompt execution logic, or event-driven triggers. • Deploy solutions using CI/CD pipelines and environment-as-code approaches. • Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting for production deployments. • Develop reusable code modules and shared assets for future solutions.
