As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, and your professionalism, positive attitude, and strict adherence to uniform compliance will help us keep our brand strong. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ticket Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding and assisting them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process. Your responsibilities will include: * Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets * Managing the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel * Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts * Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures As a Gate Agent, you'll help our customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding.
