We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) orders from our valued customers. **Job Summary:** As a Customer Service Representative - RMA Order Management at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing incoming RMA orders, responding to customer inquiries, and working closely with internal teams to resolve delivery concerns. You'll also be responsible for controlling and monitoring inventory levels, interfacing with third-party logistics vendors, and providing exceptional customer service.
