**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from patients and medical providers to gather and verify necessary information
* Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining patient and provider information in pharmacy management systems
* Ensuring data integrity by reviewing and verifying entered information for accuracy and completeness
* Communicating professionally and effectively with patients and healthcare providers to address inquiries and provide necessary information
* Following company policies and regulatory guidelines to handle sensitive patient data securely
* Multitasking efficiently by managing multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and system updates
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely processing of information

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or GED
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

* Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and pharmacy management software
* Typing skills
