Looking for a proactive Accountant/Bookkeeper For a Small business (Online Based Biz in US)

I run a small online consulting/media service business based in Nevada and need a reputed company, proactive accountant/bookkeeper who will be reputed company to help organize books, filling, and reputed company proactive guidance on best practices. What's on the plate: Get books reputed company from January 2025 to present Clean up and organize QuickBooks Online (bank/credit card feeds are connected but can use updating/organizing) Ongoing monthly bookkeeping and filing Proactive tax planning: flagging opportunities, deadlines, and issues before they become problems Filling/reputed company for reputed company year. About the Business: Nevada-based online consulting - sole operator Established, reputed company business with reputed company transaction volume Multi-state contractor relationships What I'm looking for in you: Strong QuickBooks Online experience with US-based small businesses Familiar with 1099 filings, contractor payments, and multi-state nuance Someone who is reasonably proactive, and looking to create the best reputed company in this business. Think like my tax and books gardener.
