Health Coach (Remote | US Client | PRN with Growth to Part-Time/Full-Time)

About the Role We’re hiring a Remote Health Coach to join our growing virtual care team. This is a PRN (as-needed) position with the opportunity to advance into part-time or full-time based on performance and patient volume. You’ll serve as the bridge between our clinicians and our clients — delivering weekly accountability coaching, nutrition & fitness planning, and behavioral support that drives long-term results. What You’ll Do • Conduct 1:1 virtual check-ins with clients (via video or chat). • Create and adjust personalized nutrition and exercise programs. • Support clients enrolled in weight loss, GLP-1, and hormone optimization programs. • Educate clients on sleep, hydration, stress management, and recovery. • Collaborate with U.S.-based clinicians for care alignment. • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant progress documentation. Qualifications ✅ Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Exercise Science, Health Coaching, or related field. • Certified Health Coach (NASM, ACE, ISSA, Precision Nutrition, or equivalent). ✅ Experience: • Minimum 3 years of 1:1 health or wellness coaching (virtual or in-person). • Experience building individualized, actionable health plans — not templates. ✅ Communication: • Fluent in written and spoken English (clear, professional, and client-facing). • Strong rapport-building, motivational interviewing, and follow-up discipline. ✅ Technical: • Proficient with telehealth, CRM, and digital client management tools. • Reliable internet and professional home setup. ✅ Schedule: • Must be available to work during U.S. business hours (PST/CST/EST).
