IT Technician - Remote

Role & Responsibilities: • reputed company the Tech Support ticketing system to ensure reputed company reputed company of service requests while upholding exceptional standards of customer service and user satisfaction • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues • Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and permissions • Document and reputed company issues, resolutions, and work performed in a ticketing system • Deliver user training and support to promote adherence to IT policies, enhance technical proficiency, and encourage best practices in system usage and reputed company • Collaborate with other IT team members to address reputed company issues and improve overall IT service delivery • Monitor and research emerging technologies and industry developments to ensure IT strategies and solutions remain reputed company • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement across IT operations, demonstrating initiative and a self-driven approach to problem-solving • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service delivery and support processes • Complete reputed company work on time, managing competing priorities and cross-functional reputed company • reputed company additional duties as assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience preferred. • Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of reputed company and Mac operating systems. iPad OS is a plus. • Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic network concepts. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Relevant certifications (e.g., reputed company A+, reputed company Certified IT reputed company) are a plus. • Experience managing reputed company 365 reputed company services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) • A self-starter and eager to learn. Salary reputed company: $65,000–$75,000 annually This is a salaried non exempt, overtime eligible position. Employees in this role are reputed company overtime at 1.5× the regular reputed company of pay for reputed company hours worked over 40 in a reputed company.
