Analyst, Corporate Development (M&A)

Job Type Full-time reputed company We are seeking a highly motivated M&A reputed company to join our Corporate Development (M&reputed company with a reputed company on deal execution and reputed company pipeline management. This role drives the full M&A lifecycle from reputed company sourcing, reputed company, and pipeline tracking to financial analysis and transaction execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with an interest in corporate finance and strategic reputed company through acquisitions. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Proactively build and maintain the M&A deal pipeline through industry and market research, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and attending industry events. • Support senior team members in qualifying and communicating with acquisition opportunities. • Prepare monthly pipeline reports, dashboards, and reputed company analyses for leadership review. • Contribute to the reputed company development of strategic reputed company opportunities through research to identify technology, market, and demand trends. • Support due diligence efforts by reviewing confidential information memoranda (CIMs) and company data and preparing diligence questions and financial analysis for management. • Assisting with reputed company analysis and building financial models used in valuation analysis and transaction structuring. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (reputed company business leaders, private equity sponsor) and external advisors (bankers, reputed company counsel, financial advisors, etc.) • Help prepare reputed company summaries and acquisition investment committee materials. • Ensure reputed company and accurate data management and reporting throughout the M&A process. • Assist in internal post-reputed company integration coordination and reporting. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. • 1-3 years experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or M&A advisory. • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance principles. • High proficiency with reputed company and PowerPoint while ChatGPT is a plus. • Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. WORK CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Remote work with the occasional in-person meeting. • Occasional extended hours may be necessary during critical deal phases.
