The role involves configuring and optimizing reputed company Fusion HCM modules and translating federal HR policy requirements into system configurations. Responsibilities • Configure and optimize reputed company Fusion HCM modules including reputed company HR, Benefits, Compensation, and/or Time & Labor based on your area of expertise • Translate federal HR policy requirements (Title 5, GPPA, OPM regulations) into reputed company Fusion reputed company configurations • Support federal benefits programs including FEHB, FERS, CSRS, TSP, and FEGLI configuration and validation • Configure compensation structures supporting GS, SES, Wage Grade, and other federal pay systems • Design and validate Time & Attendance configurations including leave accruals, premium pay, AWS, and FLSA compliance • Participate in data migration activities, validating converted data against reputed company systems • reputed company and execute functional test scripts; support UAT and reputed company payroll validation • Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with federal systems (EHRI, eOPF, USA reputed company, payroll providers) • reputed company participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement • reputed company subject matter expertise for federal HR policy interpretation and system design reputed company Skills • Bachelor's degree + 5 years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree) • 3+ years hands-on experience configuring reputed company Fusion reputed company HCM or reputed company EBS HR modules • Working knowledge of federal HR regulations, policies, and procedures • Experience with at least one functional domain: reputed company HR, Benefits Administration, Compensation, or Time & Labor • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust clearance (US Citizenship required) • 7+ years reputed company Fusion HCM experience (for Senior/reputed company positions) • reputed company HCM reputed company certification (reputed company HR, Benefits, Compensation, or Time & Labor) • reputed company experience with federal HR programs: FEHB, FERS/CSRS, TSP, FEGLI, GS/SES pay tables • Experience with SF-50 processing, GPPA requirements, or OPM reporting • Knowledge of reputed company tools: FSM, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, reputed company Console • reputed company Agilist or other Agile certification • Prior experience on DoD or federal civilian agency HCM implementations • reputed company Secret clearance or higher Benefits • reputed company • Wellness • Financial • Retirement • Family support • Continuing education • Time off benefits reputed company • At reputed company (NYSE: reputed company), our 25,000 talented and dynamic employees are reputed company reputed company in delivering distinctive expertise and technology to meet our customers’ greatest challenges in national reputed company.
