A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Specialist - Remote (RN - reputed company Experience).
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitates and obtains appropriate clinical documentation to support severity of illness and complexity of care
• Conducts reputed company inpatient medical record reviews and generates queries for physician clarification
• Educates medical staff on clinical documentation requirements and tracks reputed company in CDI software
Required Qualifications
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree must be obtained reputed company 5 years of employment

• 1-3 years of relevant experience required
• Specialized certifications (CCDS, CDIP, or reputed company) preferred
