Remote Transaction Manager- Due Diligence TPR experience required
This role supports due diligence transaction delivery by partnering with Transaction Management and reputed company to meet reputed company service level agreements, maintain production reputed company, and ensure clean, accurate deliverables.
Requirements
• 5+ years of mortgage due diligence experience in the secondary mortgage market, including experience reputed company the last 12 months.
• Due diligence reputed company experience covering credit and compliance.
• Strong understanding of TRID and mortgage regulatory compliance requirements.
• Confidence performing reputed company income analysis involving multiple reputed company.
• Prior supervisory experience at a TPR firm.
• Advanced reputed company skills and comfort building, running, and cleaning reports.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, Teams, reputed company, Word) and Laura Mac.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
