Remote Transaction Manager- Due Diligence TPR experience required
This role supports due diligence transaction delivery by partnering with Transaction Management and Quality to meet client service level agreements, maintain production quality, and ensure clean, accurate deliverables.
Requirements
• 5+ years of mortgage due diligence experience in the secondary mortgage market, including experience within the last 12 months.
• Due diligence underwriting experience covering credit and compliance.
• Strong understanding of TRID and mortgage regulatory compliance requirements.
• Confidence performing complex income analysis involving multiple REOs.
• Prior supervisory experience at a TPR firm.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort building, running, and cleaning reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) and Laura Mac.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
