Physical therapist for Quality review of Home Health
Your duties will include:
Reviewing patient OASIS and evaluation assessments to determine if they meet skilled criteria for home health and follow CMS and state regulations/guidelines
Able to provide guidance and education to other therapists on their OASIS, evals and subsequent notes regarding corrections that need to be made.

Requirements
Must have previous home health management/supervisory experience of multiple therapy disciplines.
Must be able to learn new EMRs, and work in multiple EMRs
Have excellent communication skills in order to explain CMS regulations
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
