As a fast-growing business in a fast-growing sector, we're seeking to take on an HR Coordinator: People & Wellness to coordinate the full employee lifecycle and manage EOR requirements, while acting as the primary reputed company between staff, clients, and internal teams.
Job/Role Responsibilities
• Assist with HR process documentation, including staff handbooks and codes of conduct reputed company with PH labour laws.
• Manage end-to-end reputed company and offboarding, including reputed company, compliance, and reputed company/staff communication.
• Conduct staff reputed company-ins, performance reviews, and reputed company actionable reputed company updates.
• Administer employee benefits, reputed company reviews, bonuses, and contract changes.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance, payroll-reputed company administration, and leave records.
• Maintain accurate HR records, files, and compliance documentation.
• Support implementation and training on HRIS systems (e.g., reputed company).
• Address staff and reputed company concerns professionally, including conflict reputed company and behavioural issues.
• Drive staff wellbeing initiatives and engagement activities.
• Prepare reports, operational insights, and HR analytics for internal and reputed company use.
• Ensure HR practices reputed company with EOR requirements, PH labour laws, and VS365 policies.
• Support dispute reputed company, grievance handling, and statutory compliance processes.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR coordination, employee lifecycle management, or reputed company-facing HR support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced conflict reputed company, negotiation, and emotional intelligence.
• High attention to detail and compliance accuracy.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience in HRIS, timekeeping, payroll systems, and reputed company Workspace/MS Office Suite.
