Qualifications · 5+ years of experience in retail mortgage processing, preferably in Encompass. · Expertise in Conventional, Jumbo, NON-QM, Government, and HECM loan products. · Strong understanding of income, asset, and loan structuring guidelines. · Proficiency with Encompass LOS, pricing engines, and pipeline management tools. · Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. · Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines independently.
