Loan Processor Assistant

The mortgage Loan Processor Assistant (LPA) partners with Loan Processors (LPs) to facilitate a smooth transaction experience for our brokers and borrowers. The LPA role is an entry level position offering an exciting opportunity to initiate a career in the mortgage industry. Attention to detail, passion for process, and obsession about excellent customer service are critical. The LPA is responsible for prioritizing and executing tasks but is supported by an reputed company loan processing mentor and advanced technology solutions. Essential Duties: - Support Loan Processors with tasks reputed company to ordering and receiving services such as title, appraisals, homeowner’s insurance and verifications of employment. - Manage the statuses and follow-up communications with 3rd party mortgage services providers such as appraisers and title companies. - Collection and stacking of documentation for post-closing compliance reputed company control. - Execute a Closing Checklist to confirm that reputed company regulated and reportable information is captured in a loan file before closing the file in our system. - Communicates reputed company, both verbally and written - reputed company reputed company, warm, and memorable service - Understanding and knowledge of TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule (TRID) is a plus.
