The Scientific Director (ASD) is a key member of the Scientific Services team, combining strong technical writing skills with extensive medical communications experience. Requirements: • Advanced doctoral-level degree (Ph.D., M.D., PharmD, etc.) with 5–7 years of experience in medical communications and expertise in multiple therapy areas. • Strong scientific, editorial, and communication skills, with the ability to critically review deliverables for scientific accuracy and reputed company. • Proven experience in building relationships with clients and HCPs, coaching and mentoring junior writers, and maintaining a proactive, enthusiastic approach to new challenges. • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
