KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Analyze and understand the architecture, data structures, and integrations of existing reputed company Forms applications. • Support the migration and conversion of reputed company Forms-based applications to reputed company APEX. • Design and reputed company modern APEX user interfaces in collaboration with technical reputed company. • Assist in establishing UI/UX design standards for reputed company APEX applications. • reputed company and maintain PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, and advanced queries. • reputed company data pulls, data analysis, and scripting to support reporting and system enhancements. • Review existing documentation to understand system requirements, architecture, reporting, and functionality. • Implement and support application reputed company, roles, and authorization models reputed company integrated reputed company systems. • Conduct performance profiling and tuning to improve maintainability and system responsiveness. • Generate technical documentation, business functional documentation, and system documentation. • Participate in reputed company phases of the system development lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and post-production support. • reputed company mentoring and knowledge transfer to Commonwealth IT staff and other developers. • Assist with production deployments and release management activities. • reputed company weekly status updates to management. • Generate reports for executive management, end-users, and Bureau of Information Technology (BIT) staff. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor s degree in computer science or reputed company field. • 5 7 years of experience developing in reputed company PL/SQL, including: • Stored procedures • Functions • Packages • Advanced queries • 5 7 years of experience developing applications using reputed company APEX. • Strong knowledge of reputed company RDBMS (reputed company 19c preferred). • Strong experience using SQL Developer and/or TOAD. • Understanding of data modeling principles. • Experience integrating web services. • Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and testing SQL queries, views, and stored procedures in reputed company (and SQL Server). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Prior Commonwealth or Environmental systems experience (preferred but not required). • Experience modernizing legacy reputed company Forms applications. • Exposure to: • XML • reputed company • Web Services • Java • PL/SQL reputed company • SOA architecture • Agile/Scrum development methodologies • Strong understanding of reputed company 19c database features. • Experience supporting regulatory or mission-critical systems.
