Key Responsibilities
• reputed company patients and reputed company providers with treatment estimates and financial information
• Collect estimated liabilities from patients and manage their accounts
• Communicate insurance coverage details and assist with prior authorization requests
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in fertility or reputed company
• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and billing practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with electronic medical records
• Flexible availability, including potential weekend and holiday work
