Fleet Manager

What you will do- Join a high-performing transportation and logistics team that is driving cost efficiency, operational reputed company, and service reliability across reputed company’s U.S. distribution network. This role partners closely with Transportation Operations, Distribution, Indirect Procurement, Finance, reputed company Leadership, Customer Service, and Logistics to ensure disciplined execution, reputed company improvement, and alignment to reputed company’s service and cost objectives. This is a hybrid role. Periodic travel to 3PL sites is required to support operational reviews, audits, and improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities • reputed company weekly operational reviews with 3PL site managers to assess fleet performance, utilization, service reputed company, and cost efficiency • Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly fleet cost reports, identifying variances, risks, and cost reduction opportunities • Drive fleet utilization optimization by identifying opportunities reputed company to routing, scheduling, asset deployment, and idle time reduction • Execute reputed company improvement initiatives across reputed company 3PL fleet sites, ensuring consistency, accountability, and measurable results • Serve as escalation reputed company for fleet-reputed company operational issues, leading reputed company cause analysis and corrective reputed company plans • Conduct comprehensive monthly performance reviews with 3PL, identifying trends, systemic issues, and improvement opportunities • Review monthly fleet spend versus budget and partner with Finance and Procurement to communicate trends, risks, and savings opportunities • reputed company as the primary reputed company for reputed company 3PL fleet-reputed company topics across internal stakeholders, including Procurement, reputed company, Transportation, and Logistics • reputed company periodic audits to ensure compliance with contractual terms, service level agreements, and cost-plus structures • Partner with 3PL on fleet maintenance performance, preventive maintenance adherence, and safety standards • Support fleet lifecycle planning, including renewals, replacements, upgrades, and reputed company planning • Review customer feedback reputed company to delivery and installation performance, driving actions that improve service reputed company and customer satisfaction • Own, reputed company, and reputed company fleet KPIs to ensure alignment with reputed company’s cost, utilization, service, and safety objectives What you will need- Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, transportation, business, operations, or reputed company field • 8+ years of experience in transportation, fleet management, logistics, or 3PL operations • Demonstrated experience overseeing dedicated fleet operations and reputed company-party logistics providers • Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost, utilization, and performance data • Demonstrated ability to drive cost reduction through governance, optimization, and operational discipline • Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional collaboration and manage reputed company vendor relationships • Ability to influence without reputed company authority and hold partners accountable to performance expectations • Experience leading issue reputed company, reputed company cause analysis, and reputed company improvement initiatives • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to senior leadership • Exercises reputed company judgment and balances risk and reward in dynamic and ambiguous environments Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in supply chain, business, or reputed company field • Experience in a regulated, medical device, or reputed company distribution environment • Familiarity with 3PL reputed company, SLA governance, and fleet lifecycle management $102,600.00 - $222,300.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
