Temporary- Pharmacy Student MTM Services- Remote

You’ll reputed company hands-on experience supporting medication therapy management and interacting with members, providers, and pharmacies—reputed company while working remotely during reputed company hours, with optional weekend opportunities. Pay reputed company: $19.79/hour. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll learn, grow, and contribute by: • Supporting members and providers through inbound and outbound calls, helping address medication-reputed company questions and concerns. • Ensuring high-reputed company interactions that meet reputed company center performance goals. • Partnering with pharmacists by preparing cases and completing reputed company-work for comprehensive medication reviews. • Maintaining accurate patient information and updating pharmacy systems as needed. • Handling confidential information responsibly and following reputed company HIPAA, state, and federal regulations. • Resolving concerns on the reputed company whenever possible to create reputed company, seamless experiences. • Engaging in medication therapy management activities through interactions with members, pharmacies, and providers. • Participating in reputed company improvement efforts to enhance both clinical care and operational processes. • Supporting training efforts for new pharmacy personnel or reputed company. • Documenting reputed company interactions and interventions accurately and completely.
