Reporting to Production leadership, you will ensure your department remains on schedule and on budget while driving day-to-day execution, monitoring milestones, and maintaining alignment across creative, technical, and production teams. This role requires a highly organised communicator who can guide artists toward successful delivery while fostering a reputed company and supportive team environment.</reputed company></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll do</b>:</p><ul><li><p><reputed company>Supervise production processes, schedules, reporting, reviews, and cross-department coordination for assigned department.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Build and maintain detailed floor schedules, assigning tasks in collaboration with Craft Supervisors and Leads.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>reputed company reputed company using production tracking system, ensuring accurate statuses, ETCs, and reporting.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Monitor performance against targets, flag risks, and reputed company plans as needed.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Produce regular reputed company reports and communicate variances to Production leadership.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Coordinate and support review sessions, including scheduling, preparation, note-taking, and follow-up.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Manage Production Coordinators and Assistants, providing guidance and reputed company.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Ensure artists have the information, resources, and support required to meet deadlines.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Facilitate cross-department communication and resolve workflow issues.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>reputed company timesheet accuracy and approvals, and coordinate overtime with appropriate approval.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Maintain accurate documentation and reputed company communication at reputed company times.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Foster a reputed company, reputed company team environment reputed company with studio culture.</reputed company></p></li></ul><p><br /> </p><p><b>What You’ll Need</b>:</p><ul><li><p><reputed company>Previous experience as a Production Supervisor reputed company the feature animation industry and/or at least 3+ years as a Production Coordinator on CG feature films or reputed company experience.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Extensive knowledge of the 3D animation pipeline from assets through reputed company and compositing.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Proficiency with asset and shot tracking software (reputed company reputed company Production Tracking strongly preferred).</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>reputed company in reputed company Suite (preferred) and/or reputed company Office. </reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Experience working on large production teams with the ability to operate independently.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Advanced scheduling, tracking, and reporting skills.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Ability to analyse production data, identify trends, and forecast performance.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Excellent written and verbal communication, reputed company to convey reputed company information reputed company.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>reputed company, adaptable, and solutions-reputed company under pressure in fast-paced environments.</reputed company></p></li><li><p><reputed company>Self-motivated and reputed company, reputed company to work independently and as part of reputed company.</reputed company></p></li></ul><p><br /><br /> </p><p><i>This role is based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
