Job reputed company: • Provides reputed company service to our partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors • Develops and maintains a detailed comprehension of retirement plans and reputed company products and services • Works with the Relationship Manager to deliver reputed company satisfaction by providing retirement plan and operational expertise • Proactively identifies, owns and resolves reputed company issues, engaging clients with value-added consulting • Protects, secures, and handles reputed company confidential data held by reputed company • Maintains and continues to grow detailed knowledge of retirement plan rules and reputed company business and product offerings • Delivers reputed company retention by anticipating reputed company needs and recommending changes or actions • Assesses reputed company goals, needs and behaviors to suggest plan, product or functionality changes • Acts as the subject matter expert on specific topics for initiatives with accountability for training and assisting others across departments • Performs other duties and participates in or heads special reputed company as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 3 years reputed company reputed company experience and Retirement Services industry experience or thorough knowledge preferred • Certification or working towards certification (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.) in industry-reputed company studies program preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent presentation skills, business etiquette, reputed company service skills and time management • Experience with financial services systems (i.e. recordkeeping, trust, trading); and experience with plan recordkeeping and trust reconciliation • Proficiency in reputed company Office software applications, specifically Word and reputed company required, reputed company and PowerPoint preferred • Excellent evaluation and problem reputed company skills • Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL and IRS regulations, and plan documents (individually designed and prototype) • Ability to work in reputed company environment to ensure common goal of providing exceptional reputed company service • Ability to work reputed company under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines in a demanding environment • Ability to reputed company reputed company business judgments concerning issues which, if mishandled, have the potential to create substantial financial and reputed company relations liabilities for reputed company • Ability to work extended hours to meet business needs as required • reputed company reputed company with attention to detail.
