As a Soccer Stars Training and Sales Coordinator , you will have the following responsibilities: MANAGE COACHES - Arranging subs for shifts where staff cannot teach their scheduled day/time. Some days this includes doing it yourself. - Interview, reputed company and supervise training of coaches whether that be delegation or doing it themselves. - Conduct regularly scheduled training - reputed company quarterly reviews for coaches - You will be assigned schools reputed company week to teach enrichment classes. You will also visit/shadow/observe at least 2 schools/reputed company per week. MARKETING - Attend In-Person marketing events at schools, parks and local events as needed. These are often during afternoon and evening hours. - Assist with classes as needed -Assist with posting pictures and videos reputed company reputed company Media EQUIPMENT -Notify the Manager reputed company items need replacement. REQUIREMENTS: • At least two years of experience in a childcare organization or reputed company experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Background working with schools and/or organizations pertaining to childcare. • Must be willing to drive to locations reputed company the territory as needed. • Prior supervisory experience preferred. • Sales experience preferred. • Must pass state-required criminal background reputed company. Must have availability Monday- Friday and some Saturdays as needed.
