B2B SaaS Product Video Producer – YouTube Demand Gen Campaign (Screen Capture + Motion Graphics)

We're looking for an experienced video producer to create a short-form demand gen video for a YouTube ad campaign. The video will target HR managers, recruiters, and hiring decision-makers at small to mid-sized businesses. The Topic The video needs to address a real and growing pain point: hiring teams are being flooded with AI-generated and spam resumes, making it nearly impossible to find legitimate candidates. Our product, Breezy HR, includes a Resume Audit feature that detects and blocks fraudulent applications before they waste a recruiter's time. What We Need 1 polished video for use in YT demand Gen (more to come if successful) Motion graphics or animation preferred (not talking head) Skippable in-stream YouTube ad format Strong hook in the first 5 seconds Clear problem/solution narrative Ends with a direct call to action Screen recordings from the Breezy app will be provided or captured during production Producer must be able to integrate live app footage with motion graphics overlays, callouts, and transitions Experience with tools like After Effects, Final Cut, or similar for compositing screen capture with animation Ideal Candidate Portfolio includes B2B SaaS or HR tech work Experience producing YouTube ad content specifically Can collaborate on the script (we will provide direction and review) Understands demand gen video pacing -- this is not a social clip To Apply Please include 2--3 relevant portfolio samples and a brief note (3--5 sentences) on how you'd approach the concept of "hiring teams drowning in fake AI resumes."
