Position Overview – Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative at arenaflex is the frontline champion of our client relationships. You will be responsible for delivering superior service across the entire order lifecycle—from initial inquiry to final delivery—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and complete customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Receive, process, and meticulously track assigned orders through scheduling, ensuring each step aligns with production capacity and delivery commitments.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Partner with internal teams—including sales, design, production, and logistics—to verify order completeness, confirm on‑time delivery, and guarantee accurate invoicing.
  • Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on product availability, pricing, freight rates, allocations, and delivery dates.
  • Quotations & Samples: Generate detailed quotations, estimates, and sample requests, ensuring customers receive accurate information for decision‑making.

  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor on‑hand inventory levels, reconcile stock with order forecasts, and conduct month‑end physical inventory counts.

Essential Qualifications
